Mark manages clients’ estate planning and estate administration needs. He also handles routine and complex real estate matters and uses his knowledge in all areas of his practice to craft common-sense solutions for individuals and families to preserve and protect property.

Throughout his journey of becoming and practicing as a lawyer, Mark has developed a keen interest in assisting seniors and ensuring the most vulnerable are protected and given a voice in sensitive matters affecting their lives and their families.
Mark became a lawyer in Kentucky in 2010. He moved to Ontario in 2012 and was called to the bar in 2013 shortly before he joined the firm. In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, warm and sunny patios, backyard barbecues and, come wintertime, pining for membership in the Canadian Snowbird Alliance.

Elizabeth works with our small business and charity clients on all aspects of business management, from incorporation or business purchase to sale or succession planning. She aims to support local small businesses and organizations with their legal needs so that they can focus on their missions. In addition to supporting small businesses,
Elizabeth works with our small business and charity clients on all aspects of business management, from incorporation or business purchase to sale or succession planning. She aims to support local small businesses and organizations with their legal needs so that they can focus on their missions. In addition to supporting small businesses, Elizabeth is happy to answer employment law questions from employees or employers alike.
Elizabeth also continues to serve our family clients who are navigating separation and divorce, and those clients who are facing criminal charges. She enjoys working closely with clients to find creative solutions for difficult relationships or to resolve criminal charges.
A 2nd degree black belt in Shotokan Karate, Elizabeth was fortunate enough to travel the world, competing nationally and internationally in the sport. She continues to train in martial arts (albeit not as gracefully as in her youth) including Karate, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Rachel is passionate about networking and advancing her legal knowledge, and she looks forward to establishing new relationships with colleagues and clients. In addition to her full time Paralegal position, she will also be working with Algonquin College as a part-time Professor teaching within the Law Clerk program. When not focused on her legal career, Rachel enjoys reading and spending time with her two children and two fur babies.
